Ashtanga yoga has been considered one of the most popular forms of yoga for its dynamic and athletic form. Ashtanga yoga focus on a vigorous physical practice that includes a series of poses linked together with breath to form a continuous sequence.
I have been practising yoga for more than 6 months at Yuj Yogashala and I have to admit that my body is much flexible and able to do more than I was few month back. I recommend their group session. A good environment to practise and socialising after class.
I prefer to practise yoga in group sessions rather than the comfort at home. Allows me to have a dedicated time to perform yoga with the guidance from yoga guru. I recommend Yuj Yogashala for everyday yoga.
